Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pet) to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, Issues & Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as dog treats, cakes, or any custom products)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in person or contact us so we can arrange an exchange.

Processing Fee

A 3% processing fee applies to all cancellations, returns, and refunds, regardless of reason, to cover payment processor fees and administrative costs.

  • This fee is waived if the return is due to our mistake or a defective/wrong item.
  • The fee applies even in cases where incorrect details are provided at checkout (such as wrong date, shipping method, or address).
